4.1. All virtual items and currency are licensed to you, not sold.
4.2. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7.1. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance may occur without prior notice.

7.3. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
8.1. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8.3. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all virtual items.
9.1. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hounds Global is registered.

11.1. Hounds Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
12.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hounds Global from any claims arising from your use of the service.
13.1. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
